You agree that any legal action or proceeding between www.zestdigital.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in United Kingdom . Your continued use of our service and/or website will be deemed acceptance of any amended Policy. It is Your responsibility to check back to recap on changes to this Policy.
CHARGES / FEES
We invest time and money into creating our assets, and therefore we are very protective of their exclusivity to our business(es). We schedule regular checks to actively locate any offending uses of our content, assets, and intellectual property.
Our license fees are as follows:
Any video – £2,500 per video per annum
Any graphic – £750 per asset per annum
Wording (including paraphrasing) – £500 per paragraph
**All prices are excluding VAT.
The duration of use is set to 12-months maximum.
Please be aware we will charge for the amount of paragraphs shown on our website www.zestdigital.com and not individual lines. For example, whether you use the whole or a few lines of the paragraph, you will still be charged the whole paragraph amount (minimum fee set out above £500+VAT).
In the interest of clarity, if our copyrighted assets and content are used for a third-party website and subsequently removed after a short period of time, the party in question will incur charges as though they had requested to use the copy for a full 12- month period.
– If our copyrighted material is taken down from a third party site, please be aware that our full fees still apply.
If our material is used without permission or prior approval from Zest Digital, we will write to said company to pay our charges or to remove the copy from the website until payment has been received.
