01. How does billing work?
Growth Curve is made up of a retainer plus pre-paid credits. Your monthly retainer covers account management, analysis, reporting, tooling, and communications. Credits are only used whenever we carry out work. More work equals more credits, and less work equals less credits.
02. How does Curve differ from Engine?
Growth Engine is a ‘Done For You’, all-inclusive, growth marketing service. You communicate your desired goals, and our teams autonomously execute on the actions needed to get you there, reporting back on progress.
Growth Curve is our ‘Done With You’, on-demand solution. You communicate your goals, our teams present recommendations, and you cherry pick which ones you’d like us to complete via an approval process.
Think of Growth Engine as your unlimited mobile phone package, and Growth Curve as your SIM-only deal.
03. Why should I choose on-demand?
We have recognised the need that, sometimes, growing businesses need to be able to scale their marketing efforts up and down with more control. That’s why we only offer on-demand, or all-inclusive growth marketing options.
04. Is there an expiry on credits?
Yes, credits must be used within 180-days to be considered an ‘active’ client. Any credits left unused after this time frame will no longer be redeemable, and will be invested into planting new trees as part of our Zest For Life commitment 🌳.
